A little about me
I wish I could tell you that I grabbed my first camera when I was 3 year old, running around the house and the backyard taking snapshots of every little interesting detail, but unfortunately that's not what happened.
I have a background in marketing and I've worked for years in the Marketing Department of a jewelry company, where I was exposed to photography for work on a daily basis. And I fell in love with it.
Realizing that I needed a creative outlet outside my 9 to 5 job, I paired my love for cooking with my growing interest in photography, and I started taking pictures of the food I was making at home. Over and over and then over again.
Since then photography has become my biggest passion: I've worked for years as a freelance food photographer until I discovered the magic of photographing people, creating pictures that are meaningful, timeless and that one would hopefully want to hang on their wall.
I am fascinated by the beauty that is within everyone, I love to empower my subjects, making them feel their best and know their own worth.
I have lived in San Francisco for over 20 years, and I have just recently relocated in Venice, Italy.In my free time you can find me running or biking, rain or shine, or else wandering around second-hand and thrift stores to collect ideas and props.
