A little about me
I wish I could tell you that I grabbed my first camera when I was 3 year old, running around the house and the backyard taking snapshots of every little interesting detail, but nope, that's not what happened.
I have a background in marketing and I've worked for years in the Marketing Department of a jewelry company, where I was exposed to photography for work on a daily basis. And I fell in love with it.
Realizing that I needed a creative outlet outside my 9 to 5 job, I paired my love for cooking with my growing interest in photography, and I started taking pictures of the food I was making at home. Over and over and then over again.
Since then I've developed my own style and an extensive collection of props and backgrounds, from vintage and rustic to sleek and modern.
I now work as a freelance photographer but I am also available as food and prop stylist. I love dealing with gorgeous raw ingredients, I am fascinated by the beauty that surrounds us even in the form of an artichoke, and I have a passion for bold, vibrant colors.
I split my time between San Francisco and Venice, which makes me feel extremely lucky. When I am not busy shooting your next lunch, you can find me running in the Golden Gate Park, or wandering around farmers' markets and second-hand stores.
Please feel free to contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the form on this website. I'd love to hear from you and assist you with you project. Or else, we could just go for a run :-)
